Portfolio (Porch Rebuild Project)

The original request was for wood rot affecting an exterior window and some siding. Upon starting the project, the extent of the damage increased to a much larger area of siding, as well as damage to the framing and the interior wall of the enclosed porch. The customer decided that the window was not necessary, so the area was re-framed to completely enclose the wall, inside and out. New clapboard siding, T&G knotty pine (interior), and trim were installed.
