Portfolio (Porch Rebuild Project)

The original work request was for a loose railing. Upon inspection of the entire porch structure, it was deemed hazardous (on the whole) in its current state. There were issues with the framing, the railings, and the stairs. 90% of the porch had to be rebuilt in order to produce a safe, functional area.
