Portfolio (Garage Face-Lift)

Customer noticed insect damage to siding on post area between garage bays and under the right-side window. Upon removal of siding, insect damage was found to have impacted entire center structural post and part of the right-side bay's header framing member as well as the wall sheathing around window. The decision was made to repair all structural issues and update the face of the garage. This included two new windows, all new trim around windows and garage doors, new cedar shingle siding, paint all trim, and install new motion-sensor light.
